Ventilated Facades in Aluminum, Metals, and Composite Materials
Ventilated facades made of metal materials offer lightweight, durable, and futuristic architectural solutions. At VM Group Srl, we design and install cladding in natural aluminum, composite aluminum (Alucobond), expanded metal, and titanium zinc. Thanks to the versatility of metal, we can clad large industrial surfaces and residential complexes, ensuring optimal thermal insulation and long-lasting protection against corrosion and weathering.
Lecce Hospital Complex – Technology for Health
Synergy between Ceramic and Aluminum Composite: Advanced Envelopes for Healthcare
In the Lecce Hospital Complex project, VM Group demonstrated its multi-sector expertise by integrating ceramic tiles and aluminum composite panels into a single ventilated façade system.
This mixed material choice responds to the need to combine the highest hygiene standards with structural resistance capable of withstanding the wear and tear typical of large public buildings.
Composite aluminum allowed the complex's geometry to be precisely modeled, while ceramic provided solidity and thermal protection. Thanks to our installation engineering, the building benefits from a constant and healthy internal microclimate, reducing energy management costs and ensuring a comfortable environment for patients and healthcare staff.

Clinica Cava de' Tirreni (SA) – Avanguardia Metallica
1,500 square meters of aluminum slats: geometric precision and thermal shielding
In Cava de' Tirreni, VM Group has overseen the architectural rebirth of a prestigious private clinic, installing 1,500 square meters of aluminum slat cladding on the ventilated facade. The aim of the project was twofold: to radically renovate the image of the building, giving it a high-tech and professional look, and to drastically reduce energy costs associated with air conditioning.
The slat system creates a dynamic visual rhythm while protecting the original wall structure. Thanks to the intrinsic properties of aluminum—unalterable, lightweight, and recyclable—the clinic now has a “zero maintenance” envelope capable of maintaining its color brilliance and insulating performance for decades, ensuring an ideal microclimate for patients and healthcare professionals.

Ravani Acciai Headquarters (FE) – Architecture that Illuminates the Brand
Natural Aluminum and Laser Drilling: The World on the Facade between Day and Night
The Ravani Acciai headquarters in Ferrara is one of VM Group's most iconic projects in terms of technical complexity and aesthetic value. The natural aluminum façade was designed as a communicative surface: in the upper part, a series of precision perforations outline a map of the world, brought to life by an innovative backlighting system.
The integration of a special “black & white” plexiglass on the back allows for a double reading of the façade: during the day, the perforations appear black, defining the design with extreme graphic rigor; at night, thanks to the internal lighting, the map lights up in white, transforming the building into an architectural lantern. This project demonstrates VM Group's ability to go beyond simple cladding, creating customized solutions that combine facade engineering and corporate branding.

Residenza Roma – Composite Aluminum and Technical Design
Metropolitan Geometries: The Rigour of the Visible Hook
In this residential project in Rome, VM Group opted for composite aluminum installed with a visible mechanical hook fastening system, a solution that combines structural strength with striking technical aesthetics.
The choice of composite allows for perfectly flat surfaces that are resistant to the stresses of the urban environment, while the visibility of the fastening elements becomes an architectural detail that highlights the construction technology of the work.
The system ensures constant ventilation of the cavity, eliminating problems of summer overheating and humidity, confirming the effectiveness of metal as the material of choice for the regeneration of contemporary living spaces.
