Ventilated Facades in Eco-Friendly Fiber Cement
Eco-friendly fiber cement is one of the most versatile and durable solutions for modern building envelopes. At VM Group Srl, with over 30 years of experience, we use high-quality panels (such as Equitone) to ensure fireproof, lightweight, and durable façades. From healthcare facilities like Crema Hospital to school buildings in the historic center, we take care of every detail: from laser cutting the panels to choosing the fastening system—exposed or concealed—for an aesthetically and technically excellent result.

Integrazione Storica e Modernità: L’Involucro in Fibrocemento Equitone
In the heart of Città della Pieve, VM Group oversaw the construction of approximately 800 square meters of ventilated façade for the "P. Vannucci" State Middle School. The main challenge was respecting the historical context: we used Equitone fiber cement panels in completely customized colors and sizes, designed to integrate with the Umbrian urban fabric and faithfully reflect the architectural design.
The exposed fastening system with stainless steel rivets was installed with the precision that comes from our thirty years of experience, ensuring a geometric texture that enriches the façade without weighing it down. Beyond the aesthetic result, the project ensures a drastic improvement in internal thermal comfort and maximum safety for students, thanks also to the integration of the essential Siderise fire barriers.

1,500 m2 of Innovation: The Fiber Cement Envelope for Healthcare
At Crema Hospital, VM Group completed a major technical renovation project, installing over 1,500 square meters of fiber cement ventilated façade. In a hospital setting, the choice of materials is crucial: fiber cement guarantees high fire resistance, durability, and minimal maintenance—essential requirements for public buildings.
The installation was carried out using a mechanical fastening system using exposed rivets painted in RAL colors, color-coordinated with the panels to ensure a simple and uncluttered visual impact. Thanks to our thirty years of experience, we managed the installation over large surfaces, ensuring the perfect flatness of the envelope and the integration of fire barriers, transforming the hospital into an energy-efficient and safe facility for patients and staff.

Urban Evolution: 3,000 m2 of Fibre Cement Envelope
In Pieve Emanuele, VM Group completed one of its largest residential projects, creating over 3,000 square meters of ventilated façade. The choice of fiber cement with exposed rivet fastening (in matching RAL colors) meets the need to combine a modern, rigorous aesthetic with extreme durability.
This project is not just an aesthetic upgrade, but a significant improvement in the energy efficiency of the entire complex. Thanks to the ventilation chamber and continuous insulation, we have guaranteed residents superior living comfort and a drastic reduction in energy consumption. Managing a construction site of this scale demonstrates VM Group's expertise in coordinating large volumes, always ensuring maximum safety with the integration of fire barriers.

Wine Architecture: Functionality and Prestige in Fiber Cement
In the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany, VM Group oversaw the cladding for the historic Cantina del Morellino di Scansano. The project, covering approximately 400 square meters, involved the construction of a ventilated fiber cement façade with a mechanical fastening system using exposed rivets.
In a place where temperature control is essential for product preservation, the ventilated façade offers a cutting-edge technical solution: the thermal shield created by the air cavity protects the interior from summer temperature fluctuations, ensuring a stable microclimate. With our thirty years of experience, we have successfully combined the industrial needs of a large winery with a sober, material aesthetic that blends in with the surrounding landscape without overpowering it.
