HPL Ventilated Facades: Lightness, Design, and Resistance
HPL (High Pressure Laminate) ventilated facades are the ideal solution for those seeking aesthetic versatility and maximum weather resistance. VM Group Srl boasts extensive experience in the installation of high-pressure laminates (such as Abet Laminati), offering customized fastening systems: from color-matched rivets for a modern design to concealed glued systems for a clean look. From educational facilities to multipurpose centers, HPL guarantees durability and minimal maintenance.
Bologna Nursery School – Safety and Color in HPL
A Protected and Stimulating Environment: Design at the Service of Children
For this school complex in Bologna, VM Group created a building envelope that puts student well-being at the center. We chose the versatility of HPL ventilated facades with a sophisticated concealed fastening system, eliminating any mechanical protrusions to ensure maximum safety in outdoor recreation areas.
The project not only gives the building a modern and welcoming aesthetic thanks to the alternating vibrant colors and warm wood-effect finishes, but also ensures the unique standards of hygiene and durability typical of high-pressure laminates. Thanks to the ventilated cavity and the integration of fire barriers, we transformed the school into an efficient building, capable of maintaining an optimal internal microclimate and protecting the structure over time with the quality we have guaranteed for over thirty years.

CNA Viterbo Multifunctional Center
Material Integration as Excellence: Trespa HPL, Santafiora Stone, and Spider Glass
The CNA Center project in Viterbo represents a masterful synthesis of envelope engineering and contemporary design. VM Group coordinated the installation of a complex hybrid system, integrating 300 square meters of Trespa HPL ventilated façade with 500 square meters of Santafiora Stone.
The project's uniqueness lies in the dialogue between contrasting materials: the modernity of HPL, installed with a visible fastening system using RAL-colored rivets for an industrial look, and the timeless elegance of Santafiora Stone, installed with a concealed system to emphasize the solidity of the volumes. The completion with Spider Glass systems for the glass surfaces gives the building a dynamic transparency. Thanks to careful design, VM Group ensured perfect coplanarity between the different thicknesses of the materials, ensuring the center's superior thermal efficiency and a high-profile institutional aesthetic.

Egna Ora High School (Bolzano) – High-Performance School Buildings
Strength and Insulation: HPL at the Service of Education
In the challenging climate of Bolzano, VM Group oversaw the construction of approximately 450 square meters of ventilated façade for the Egna Ora High School. The project was designed to meet the specific demands typical of school buildings: high attendance, the need for extreme durability, and stringent thermal requirements.
The use of Parklex composite panels with a visible fastening system ensures impeccable structural stability and ease of maintenance, essential for public buildings. Thanks to our thirty years of experience, the envelope was designed as a comprehensive protective system that, in addition to redefining the aesthetics of the school, optimizes indoor comfort for students and teachers. The combination of the ventilated cavity and high-density insulation ensures excellent energy performance, protecting the structure from significant seasonal temperature variations and guaranteeing decades of longevity for the surfaces.

Hotel Carlton Ferrara – Prestigious Restyling
The Elegance of Detail: Retractable HPL Ventilated Facade
In the heart of Ferrara, the renovation of the Hotel Carlton represents VM Group's excellence in the hospitality sector. The challenge was to revitalize the hotel's image while ensuring a high-quality aesthetic impact. We opted for a ventilated façade system in HPL with concealed glued fastenings, an engineering solution that eliminates any visible fastening elements, allowing the purity of the surfaces to truly take center stage.
Thanks to our thirty years of experience, we managed the renovation with meticulous attention to flatness and alignment, ensuring not only an elegant and modern "new skin" but also a significant improvement in thermal and acoustic performance. The result is a clean, fluid, and durable architectural envelope, capable of welcoming guests with timeless style and cutting-edge technological protection.

Ferrara – Luxury Private Residences
HPL Retractable: When Technology Elevates Living
This residential project in Ferrara demonstrates how the choice of advanced materials can redefine the concept of a modern home. VM Group oversaw the design and installation of a ventilated HPL façade with a concealed glued fastening system, an elite solution that eliminates all visible mechanical fastenings to highlight the purity of the forms and grain.
The warmth of the wood-effect finish, combined with the pinpoint precision of the alignments, gives the complex a timeless elegance. In addition to its aesthetic prestige, the structure benefits from a cutting-edge insulation system that guarantees superior thermal comfort in every season.
Thanks to our thirty years of experience, we have transformed a private home into a model of efficiency and design, providing owners with a protected, long-lasting property with a significantly higher market value.

Rome – Trigoria Multifunctional Center
Bold Design and Unchanging Technology: The Blue HPL Facade
In Trigoria, Rome, VM Group created a building envelope with a strong architectural character for this multipurpose center. The choice fell on a ventilated HPL façade characterized by a vibrant blue, installed with a mechanical fastening system using exposed rivets.
To ensure a clean aesthetic despite the technical fastening, we used rivets painted in RAL colors, making them almost invisible on the surface of the panels. This solution combines the speed and extreme safety of mechanical assembly with a fluid and modern visual result. Thanks to VM Group's thirty years of experience, the building not only stands out for its contemporary design, but also ensures excellent thermal protection and UV resistance that will maintain its saturated and bright color for decades, even under the capital's strong sun.

McDonald's Rome – High-Traffic Design and Durability
The Warmth of Wood, the Strength of Laminate: HPL for Retail
For the McDonald's store in Rome, VM Group created HPL cladding with a wood-effect finish, using a concealed fastening system. The goal was twofold: to convey the warm, familiar atmosphere typical of the brand's new concepts and to ensure a surface that stands up to intensive use and the elements.
High-pressure laminate (HPL) is the ideal solution for the retail sector: it resists impacts and scratches and does not require the constant maintenance of real wood. Thanks to our thirty years of experience, we have taken care of every detail—from the sunshade slats to the façade panels—ensuring perfect flatness and aesthetic continuity that elevates the store's design, making it an example of structural efficiency and visual appeal.
