UNI CEI 11352:2014 Certification – Energy Service Companies (ESCo)
UNI CEI 11352:2014 certification defines the general requirements and capabilities that an ESCo (Energy Service Company) must possess to offer energy efficiency services to its clients, with guaranteed results. This international standard certifies that VM Group is capable of providing technical and financial services aimed at improving the energy efficiency of buildings, taking responsibility for the final outcome.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System
UNI EN ISO 9001 2015 certification is a system for improving quality in corporate management. The 9000 standard model used for evaluating a management system was published by ISO, or the International Organization for Standardization, with the aim of managing business processes aimed at improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of a given company.

Why this certification is important
ISO 50001, formally known as ISO 50001:2018 "Energy management systems - Requirements with guidelines for use," is a standard developed by experts from the national standards bodies of over 60 ISO member countries to ensure the consistency and validity of energy performance worldwide. This standard also contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 7 (Affordable and clean energy), 11 (Sustainable cities and communities), 12 (Responsible consumption and production), and 13 (Climate action).
UNI/PdR 125:2022 – Certification for Gender Equality
UNI/PdR 125:2022: Gender equality certification is provided for by Mission 5 of the PNRR and the Equal Opportunities Code.
Why this certification is important
Politics
Taking action on female employment is of fundamental importance for the country's economic and social growth. Companies that are able to take concrete measures to reduce the gender gap in terms of growth opportunities, equal pay, and maternity protection can apply for accredited certification of their gender equality management system in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice from bodies accredited by Accredia, such as IMQ, and obtain tax relief.
The purpose of the gender equality certification system is to promote the adoption of policies for gender equality and female empowerment at the company level and thus improve women's access to the labor market, leadership, and work-life balance.
