UNI CEI 11352:2014 Certification – Energy Service Companies (ESCo)
The UNI CEI 11352:2014 certification defines the general requirements and capabilities that an ESCo (Energy Service Company) must possess to offer energy efficiency services to its clients, with guaranteed results. This international standard certifies that VM Group is capable of providing technical and financial services aimed at improving the energy efficiency of buildings, assuming responsibility for the final outcome.

This standard also contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 7 (Affordable and clean energy), 11 (Sustainable cities and communities), 12 (Responsible consumption and production), and 13 (Climate action).
UNI/PdR 125:2022 – Certification for Gender Equality
UNI/PdR 125:2022: Gender equality certification is provided for by Mission 5 of the PNRR and the Equal Opportunities Code.

Companies capable of adopting concrete measures to reduce the gender gap in terms of growth opportunities, equal pay, and maternity protection can apply for accredited certification of their gender equality management system according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice from Accredia-accredited bodies such as IMQ and obtain tax relief.The purpose of the gender equality certification system is to promote the adoption of policies for gender equality and female empowerment at the company level and thus improve women's access to the labor market, leadership, and work-life balance.
